Completely watertight, the rain will stream down the louvre blades, through the guttering system before draining down the louvre legs. 

The newest addition to these systems are installable blinds, pull down from top to bottom to fully wall of one side of your louvre system from the elements. The material is a special canvas to still allow some light through while stopping wind, rain and harsh light.
