A riverbed pebble taken from the Rangitaiki River.
Just fresh in, we now have a smooth pebble to offer in bulk!
This new riverbed pebble is a standard 20mm in size, and is a lovely smooth grey and blue stone. This stone is great as a decorative option in gardens (striking against vibrant plants such as lomandras),but also functions exceedingly well in any area where bare-feet are in use.
Being so small, smooth and round, these little decorative stones are very comfortable to walk on - making them a great choice for walkways (especially with pavers/steppers), bordering patios or even Surepave driveways.

Riverbed 20/40
A riverbed stone taken from the Rangitaiki River.
These grey, brown and blue stones have been worn down over time by the flow of water, leaving them rounded with little to no sharp edges.
These decorative stones are graded 20-40mm, the smallest option we have, and look great in pathways and garden beds or around patios and water features.

Riverbed 40/60
A riverbed stone taken from the Rangitaiki River.
These grey, brown and blue stones have been worn down over time by the flow of water, leaving them rounded with little to no sharp edges.
These decorative stones are graded 40-60mm, the medium option, and look great in garden beds or around patios, water features or other features and utilities around your house such as spa pools.

Riverbed Ungraded
These large riverbed stones hail from the Tongariro river near Taupo.
Coming from the volcanic plateau of the central North Island, these large and round rocks come in a variety of colours, shapes and rock types.
These rocks are graded from 65-200mm. Fantastic for garden beds, the uneven way they lie is quite eye-catching, they make for great additions to ponds and water features too.

Waipa Stone
These stones come from the Waipa river east of Otorohanga.
Similar to the colours found later on however, these stones have a lot of deep browns and red throughout them and grey scattered amongst it. Unlike other river stones, these rocks are more irregular in shape and size, with a few pointy ends and oblong shapes.
That makes them not so ideal for walking on (barefoot) but great for garden beds as a decorative stone!

Waipa Pebble
These stones come from the Waipa river east of Otorohanga.

Nuhaka Graded
This flat round river stone comes from the Nuhaka river near the Mahia Peninsula.
Flatter than a typical river rock, this decorative stone displays a rich, vibrant blue hue.
Excellent for gardens and accentuating other features around the home, although the colour is so stunning it acts as a feature all in of its own!

Lime Chip
Chipped limestone.
Limestone has a wonderful crisp white colour to it, making it perfect for contrasting against certain aspects of your house or garden.
Great for use in walkways, garden beds, patios and in and around other features of your homes. Works great with concrete pavers, or in conjunction with black mulch.

Lime Fines
Limestone ground down into fines.
Although this is essentially the same material as the lime chip, the lime fines take on a creamier warmer colour than the stark white of the chip.
Fantastic for use in pathways, driveways, gardens or they even use it in horse riding rings!

Aspin Blue Small
Aspin Blue is a small locally sourced rock and pumice mixture filtered out of the sand quarry on aspin road.
Similar to the classic Hoki Poki/Waikato Gold/Matangi stones, this rock stands out with more sharp whites and blues throughout the mix as opposed to the reds and oranges of its counterparts. This gives the stones more of a contrasting ability, but there is still the oranges and yellows amongst the medley so it maintains its warmth.
These decorative stones are great for driveways, pathways, gardens, patios, drainage... and practically anywhere, it is a very versatile stone.
